Crab Roast

INGREDIENTS

Crab

1kg

Turmeric

½ tea spoon

Coriander powder

1 table spoon

Kashmiri chilli powder

1 tea spoon

Curry powder

1table spoon

Garam masala

¼ table spoon

Ginger garlic paste

1 table spoon

Coconut Oil

2 table spoons

Salt

As required

Green chilli

2 nos’

Water

As required

Coriander leaves

Chopped handful

Bay leaves

1no’s

Cinnamon

1 no’s

Cloves

3 no’s

Star anis

1 broken into pieces

chilli powder

1 tea spoon

Onion medium size

2 chopped small

Tomato big size

1 chopped small

 

Preparation:

·     Take a kadai add 2 table spoon of coconut oil, Bay leaves, Cinnamon, Cloves, Star anis, green chilli and ginger garlic paste and do a stir fry.

·     Add chopped onion and fry until it shrinks.

·     Now add chopped tomato and cook for few minutes.

·     Now add salt, turmeric, coriander powder, kashmiri chilli powder, chilli powder, garam masala and curry masala powder.

·     Fry until raw smell goes. Now add crab to the masal and mix it well .

·     Add water as required and cook it well.

·     Once cooked, add coriander leaves.

·     Our tasty crab Roast is ready to serve.
