Preparation:
· Take
a kadai add 2 table spoon of coconut oil, Bay leaves, Cinnamon, Cloves,
Star anis, green chilli and ginger garlic paste and do a stir fry.
· Add
chopped onion and fry until it shrinks.
· Now
add chopped tomato and cook for few minutes.
· Now
add salt, turmeric, coriander powder, kashmiri chilli powder, chilli powder, garam
masala and curry masala powder.
· Fry
until raw smell goes. Now add crab to the masal and mix it well .
· Add
water as required and cook it well.
· Once cooked, add coriander leaves.
· Our
tasty crab Roast is ready to serve.
