how to cook Cauliflower Rice

PROCEDURE:
· Take a pan and pour water as required for
cauliflower.
· Add a pinch of turmeric and salt. Mix it. Boil
it for a minute.
· Off the flame and keep it aside for some
time.
· Now take a pan and add 2 table spoon of olive
oil. Once oil get hot add bay leaves, cinnamon, star anis, cloves.
· do a stir fry. now add grated ginger and green
chilly which is cut into 2. Fry it.
· Add chopped onion and fry, until golden
brown.
· Now add chopped carrot and beans and add salt
as required.
· Fry for a while. Close with lid and keep in
low flame to cook. If required add some water for cooking.
· Now drain cauliflower from water and grater
it or put in mix jar and grater (give 2 pulse).
· Once the vegetables in pan is cooked add
grater cauliflower and mix for 2min.
· Now add pinch of turmeric and 1 tea spoon
pepper and mix it well.
· Keep in low flame for 3 mins. once cook well
off flame and add some coriander leaves.
· Now our tasty cauliflower rice is ready.
